1 Fennel bulb | |

3tbsp olive oil | |
Juice of a lemon | |
Chopped parsley | |
Salt and pepper in QS |
Directions

Step 1
Cut the fennel stalks so as to keep the bulb, rinsed and cut very finely
Mark as complete

2nd step
Peel the oranges raw and make supremes to add to the salad
Mark as complete

Step 3
Mix the olive oil with the lemon juice, salt and pepper, the chopped parsley and incorporate into the salad.

Step 4
Keep cool for about 20 minutes maceration.
