Who we are

Cuisine Santé des Canadiens is a Francophone community organization, based in Toronto and founded in 2012 by chef Guy Dongué.

This organization aims to popularize the principles of healthy eating (and healthy lifestyles) among Francophones and bilinguals through fun teaching of culinary methods, promoting the discovery of seasonal agricultural products, the sharing of knowledge on specific nutritional requirements (young people in growth and in school, pregnant women, the elderly, etc.)

Reduce consumption of junk food, especially among young people

Facilitate the food adaptation of Francophone immigrants
