Francophone Community of Greater Toronto for its work and community involvement in health
dietary habits of children and adults.
After more than 15 years of working and training in classic French cuisine in France and
England, Chef Guy immigrated to Canada in 2008 and has held executive positions in high-end houses such as the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, the Hilton Casino Lac
Lemay and Rivermead Private Gold Club in Ottawa-Gatineau.

In 2012, he founded the non-profit organization Cuisine Santé des Canadiens (CSC)
(which stands for "Cooking for the Health of Canadians") with the mission of helping to reduce obesity rates among children, adults and immigrants in Canada by offering cooking workshops for a specific clientele (children, women pregnant, seniors..etc) and keeping a blog for this purpose.
Since 2015, Chef Guy and his team have been providing the school with healthy snacks and hot meals
lunch program as part of Kids Cuisine Santé in about ten schools in the GTA.
Recommendation: Santé Cusine seems to offer great opportunities for individuals
looking to work in the hospitality industry. Interesting clientele could be
people who are looking for a career change in the hospitality industry in addition to those who want to start a career.
