Vegetarian Couscous
In 2006, the cous cous ranked second among the favorite dishes of the French. If it is very appreciated in the world, it is mainly because of its benefits for our health.

250ml water or chicken broth | |
4 Granny apples (green) Peeled and cored | |
2 very firm tomatoes (preferably green) *Pole and seeded | |
2 lemon or lime | |
45ml olive oil | |
1 diced green pepper | |
1/2 bunch of fresh coriander | |
1/2 bunch of Italian parsley | |
1/2 bunch of fresh mint | |
2 green onion sprigs | |
Salt and pepper in QS (sufficient quantity) |
